Aloha!

Hi, I'm Tiana (she/her), and I’m so happy you’re here! Whether you're seeking support for a big challenge or just looking for a space to breathe and reflect, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

With 15 years of experience in substance use and mental health treatment, I’ve had the privilege of helping people in outpatient programs, residential settings, and online, working with both individuals and groups. I especially love working with teens and the LGBTQI+ community, helping people heal from trauma and find their inner strength.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation, but I also bring in techniques from my training in Integrative Body Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Every person is unique, so together we’ll create a healing process that’s just right for you, moving at your own pace and comfort.

I offer sessions on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays through a secure telehealth platform, so we can connect from wherever you feel most comfortable. It would truly be an honor to be part of your healing journey, and I can’t wait to start this process with you.
