I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all through a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens.
