Hi!
From a young age, I always knew I wanted to help others. When I was a teenager, I experienced the loss of my father, which was incredibly hard. That loss introduced me to the therapeutic world, and it became a place of comfort and healing for me. As I worked through my own grief, I realized just how powerful therapy can be, and I knew I wanted to offer that same support to others.
After completing my undergraduate studies, I felt a deep pull to pursue my master’s in social work, hoping to expand my ability to make a difference. My career began by working with youth in residential treatment centers, helping them find hope and discover that their life has value—something I truly believe everyone deserves to feel.
In our work together, I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach, drawing from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your feelings, heal, and grow at your own pace. I’ve been where I needed help but couldn’t do it alone, and that’s why being here for others during their toughest times is so important to me.
Therapy, to me, isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. It’s about walking alongside you, helping foster resilience, and finding ways to promote your mental well-being. We’re in this together.
